Here’s a little about our journey; my husband is in the military and of course we received orders going to Germany within 6 weeks during COVID-19. Unfortunately the military flights were booked up with no pet spot available. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed, being the protective doggie mom, it didn’t sit well with me having to ship my baby off all by himself. I reached out to Anthony after messaging someone on Facebook who was very satisfied with the service they provided. Not only did Anthony beat the competition price wise, he always made himself available and was very responsive to any questions we had, which really put me at ease (I had a lot of questions all the time ). He was very patient with me and I’m so grateful for that! Once our original date was set, Anthony was about half way away from picking up our fur baby when the flight had been canceled. Anthony booked a spot on the next flight and came a whole day earlier to be close in case the flight would be canceled again, (which of course happened by 14 hrs) to assure our dog didn’t have to sit in his kennel for endless hours. Our baby made it to Germany with no trauma whatsoever. Anthony and his wife are worth every penny and more! They are super passionate about what they do, they care about your pet just as much as we do. I can recommend this company, and particularly Anthony, without reservation. We were very anxious about flying Lucy to the UK, especially as the country and airlines were shutting down due to the virus outbreak restrictions. Anthony was clam and patient with our many questions and kept us up-to-date with the situation from his point of view. He was always available! Very greatfull to Anthony and his female travel companion ( sorry was only introduced upon delivery when I was awake for 28 hrs). For anyone who needs long distance transport without the fear, worry and hysteria, please do yourself and your pet a favor and contact Anthony and his team. We just used him for a 2556 mile move from ny Las Vegas, Nevada. Our dog is more important to my wife than me. LOL, so if anything went wrong, I'm the one who would suffer more. (LOL) Anthony took charge of the project, explained it fully and kept us informed throughout the very long day. Our Bisho is 16 lbs and 14 years old, so we were very apprehensive and knew we couldn't do it ourselves.
