As professional pet movers, we know how confusing it can be for pet owners to determine the cost of their pets’ transport. We do charge a pet travel coordination fee, which covers all airline bookings, the planning of all services, and unlimited phone consultations. Refund Policy: Once a move is booked, we ask for a non-refundable deposit, which is 25% of the total cost. If you’ve paid for the move in full and need to cancel, the balance of the pet transport cost (75%) will be refunded, as long as you’ve cancelled 14 days ahead of the move. We will issue a refund upon cancellation, minus the deposit, up to 14 days ahead of the move. NOTE: We confirm the details of the travel for your pet, from start to delivery, before the move becomes non-refundable. If you need to change a date, we will do it as many times as needed without additional costs. If a move is cancelled, and it is inside the 14 days or the details have been already sent, Pet Transport Pro will hold the credit for 24 months.
